The nation's longest winning streak in men's college basketball has come to an end. The Louisiana Tech men lost their first WAC game Thursday night to New Mexico St. 78-60 at the Pan American Center in Las Cruces.

Raheem Appleby led Tech with 13 points. The Bulldogs were out-rebounded 40-26 and had 17 turnovers.

Tech has already clinched a share of the WAC regular season title.  They can still win the conference outright with a win against Denver in their season finale on Saturday.
