Nearly two years ago, the Minden High Athletic Department added some new equipment to their facility. Not just weight-lifting equipment, but team building equipment. It's the unique design of the Power Plus 2 Team Building and Strength Machine that promises far greater advantages than just strength.

When we watch the Tigers play on Saturday, we marvel at their athletic prowess (usually) and we don't really know about all the work they put in during the week. All the weights, lifts, and training that go into being a football player is something fans don't normally get a glimpse of. ESPN the magazine went into the Tiger's Weight and Training facility to show us how hard they work.
