One could be considered a powerhouse, the other could be considered an upstart.

This college football season is giving some extra opportunities to schools that otherwise wouldn't have them.

We don't know what the future holds for the Ragin' Cajuns, but we do know it will not involve Mark Hudspeth. ULL fans, and the Sun Belt, will all wait to see what comes next.

It wasn't the greatest year for ULL in 2016; but it was a step up from missing a bowl game in 2015, and helped to put a list of vacated wins behind the team.
