A juvenile witness was detained, and it was revealed that the deceased, a 12-year-old male, was accompanied by multiple other juveniles attempting to break into a vehicle in the area.
Booking records at the Shreveport city jail show that 63-year-old Kenneth Sapp of Arcadia was also found in possession of 30 grams of suspected marijuana, 21 grams of suspected meth, multiple glass pipes, and an unlabeled bottle of pills.
