If it's not the most memorable game in hockey history, it certainly is the greatest in American history. And without a doubt, this one game is the greatest upset that hockey has ever seen.

February 22, 1980: USA versus the Soviet Union in the winter Olympics semi-final. The Russians were heavy favorites to say the least, having pounded the Americans in an Olympic warm-up just a couple of months previous.

But, as we all know, that's not how it went.
