Several seafood lovers walked up to a sad sight at Bossier's Joe's Crab Shack: a simple sign thanking the community for their support and asking us to find a sister location to visit soon.

Why Did Joe's Crab Shack in Bossier Close Its Doors?

Could it be the same reason Hooters on the Louisiana Boardwalk closed its doors? Just a couple of months ago, Hooters announced that it would not renew its lease and closed its doors at the end of April. Shortly after that closure, Sweet Caroline's at the Boardwalk closed its doors at the end of May. Unfortunately, the manager at Joe's wasn't able to provide much information besides that they were in fact closed.

Bossier's 635 Boardwalk Blvd was the last location in Louisiana. After speaking to management at Joe's, they claim that there are no major plans to relocate as of now.
