
Shreveport Police’s ‘Jump Out Boys’ Make a Successful Drug-Bust
Yesterday morning, SPD's Street Level Interdiction Unit AKA the Jump Out Boys made their latest bust.
Shreveport Police went to a home on Aaron Place due to suspicion of drug activity. When Police arrived at the scene they were able to detain 2 men Sanjuan Taylor and Dezjuante Lockett. SPD went through the home and found a large amount of drugs as well as a gun.
Taylor was arrested and charged with:
o Possession with intent to distribute narcotics
o Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
o Resisting an officer
Lockett was arrested and charged with:
o Possession of a Schedule I narcotic with intent to distribute
o Possession of a Schedule II narcotic with intent to distribute
o Outstanding traffic warrants
