Dwyane Wade’s Injury Could Give New Orleans Hornets’ Eric Gordon a Spot on Roster

Since NBA basketball players have been in the Summer Olympics, Men's Basketball has become one of America's biggest sports. But, the talent available for the 2012 U.S. Men's Basketball team is getting smaller.

Dwyane Wade just announced that he needs surgery on a knee, meaning he'll miss the 2012 Summer Olympics. His injury leaves 17 players competing for 12 roster spots.There are 7 guards who could make the U.S. Olympic Men's Basketball team and one of those is Eric Gordon.

Besides Eric Gordon, Anthony Davis is also a finalist to be an Olympian.
