No one wants to think about the end of their life. But when you're the owner of a pro sports team, or TWO in this case, you have to consider what will happen to your teams.

New Orleans Saints, and New Orleans Pelicans owner Tom Benson has been fighting within his own family to sort these details out. There was actually going to be a trail starting next week, that looked to be long and pricey. But it sounds like the family is working their issues out themselves. Here's more from the Louisiana Radio Network:

"A settlement has been reached in the dispute between Saints and Pelicans owner Tom Benson and his heirs. A federal trial was set to begin Monday that would determine who would get control of the professional franchises once Benson passes away. The 88-year-old sued last year to make sure the teams would go to his wife, instead of his children and two grandchildren. Terms of the agreement were not made public."
