When I woke up this morning to a cool 53 degrees it reminded me that summer is almost over.

Course, being as scatter brained as I am, thinking of summer then led me to thinking of summer things. Swimming holes, bass fishing and ICEE!

Now don't grab a rope to hang me. I understand that you can drink an ICEE when it's 12 degrees or 112, but when it's hot outside you and the kids aren't craving a cup of hot chocolate.  You want an ICEE!

And because I've lived here all of my life, I know that when it comes to a frozen coke in a wax paper cup, it's not Slurpee, Slushy, Slimy or any of the other imitators, it's an ICEE, but when Circle K stopped carrying them, they got hard to find.

So I've done a little research to find a lot of places you might not have known are ICEE distributors, so if that craving hits you, you'll know just which direction to point your car.

And of course, I'm sure there are others, so feel free to comment with those locations as well, but these are the ones I know can give you that ICEE fix when you catch yourself Jonesing for one.
