Which Fishing Line to Use? Monofilament vs Flourocarbon

Monofilament versus Flourocarbon is the question at hand. Steve says monofilament is the best all purpose line even though flourocarbon is mostly what the pros use. Flourocarbon also sinks, so it's not best for top-water fishing; however it does have more sensitivity.
