HOLY CRAP! Last night's Smackdown was one of the best SDs since the brand split last year. You had an epic tag match between the New Day & Usos, some great story development...the whole 9. But the biggest moment of the night closed the show.

The CEO and Chairman of the Board for WWE, Vincent Kennedy McMahon, showed up on TV to confront Kevin Owens. We all knew this was going to be a big moment. Vince hasn't appeared on Smackdown in over 4 years. But...damn. Who knew it was going to get as crazy as it did?

The boss cut an awesome promo on KO to set up a match between Kevin and Shane McMahon at Hell in a Cell. That would have been enough. But it wasn't. No, no, no. This is Vince McMahon we're talking about here. A promo was not enough.

After the verbal exchange, things turned physical. You can watch the video for yourself at the top of the page, but last night is the reason why I love Vinnie Mac. Dude is 72. He's a billionaire (literally). He doesn't need to work ever again. But, that's not the Vince McMahon way. He got in the ring, took some bumps, got some color, ate a superkick and took a frog splash from nearly 300 pound man and sold his ass off. Vince truly is a national treasure.
