Trace Adkins To Host GAC ‘Great American Hero’ [VIDEO]

Our friend Trace Adkins from Sarepta, La., always has something going on.

I’ve already told you about Trace teaming up with Hightower Enterprises and making that delicious Trace Adkins Sausage. I tried it and loved it, and I have some in my refrigerator that I plan on cooking and eating real soon.

Trace Adkins has to be one of the most patriotic stars in country music and he’s proud to be a true blue, red blooded American!

With that said, his next project is the perfect thing for him. Trace will be hosting a 'Great American Country' television show called ‘Great American Hero’. While on his ‘Songs and Stories Tour’, Trace will honor three hometown heroes in each city.

Hometown heroes are the men and women who do things to help their community and to help people and animals in need. The GAC cameras will follow Trace and capture the patriotism.

Trace and GAC are taking nominations of hometown heroes through May 9th, 2012. If you’re in one of the following cities, get your nomination in because filming starts soon.
