Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has been a no-show in mini camp, and has indicated that he doesn’t mind skipping regular season games, if he doesn’t get what HE wants. Bryant, who has a franchise-tender, with $12.8 million guaranteed, that the Cowboys are waiting for him to sign, won’t sign it unless he gets a long-term deal. Deadline to sign is July 15th, if he doesn’t he’ll be locked into the $12.8 million salary, and negotiations couldn’t take place until after the season.

 

Days after it was announced by doctors that Saints’ linebacker Junior Gallette wouldn’t need pectoral surgery, will meet with NFL officials towards the end of this month about his offseason domestic violence arrest in January of this year in his New Orleans-area home.

 

The LSU Tigers get the rematch they wanted in the College World Series tonight! After falling to TCU over the weekend, the Tigers face the Horned Frogs once again. This time, senior southpaw Zac Pearson will take the pill to the hill for Paul Mainieri. Coach Mainieri did note that you may see relievers come into the game a little earlier to conserve pitchers. The Tigers and Frogs throw down tonight in Omaha, pre game coverage of the game is at 6:30, first pitch at 7:00 on 1130 The Tiger.
