Ole Miss and LSU were the big movers in the non-essential college football polls Sunday. The Rebels upset of previously second-ranked Alabama Saturday night in Tuscaloosa vaulted them twelve spots in the Associated Press Poll, from 15th to 3rd. The Coaches thought more of Ole Miss last week than the AP---and continue to do so.

Last week, the Rebs were ranked 11th, this week they are 5th.

LSU's blasting of Auburn impressed at least one AP voter significantly.  The Tigers received one first place vote while moving up the ladder from 13th to 8th.  The Coaches Poll boosted the Tigers from 14th to 9th.

Ohio State is the number one team in both polls.
