Things To Raise Taxes On Instead Of Our Beer

Look, we know that the state of Louisiana is in a tough spot with the budget. We've all agreed that legalizing and taxing marijuana is the right answer across the board, but for some reason, the elected officials aren't listening to the people who've elected them.

Instead of doing the smart thing (legalizing and taxing marijuana), they're looking to tax the hell out of the things we've come to love. They're coming for our beer.

Well, not just our beer, but ALL of our alcohol.

Instead of taxing our beer, we've put together a list of things they could tax to makeup the money they need. Here's some of our thoughts:

• Truck Nuts
• Pet fish
• Pasties
• Steaks ordered "Well Done"
• Almond Milk
• Turkey Bacon
• Trucker Hats
• Male thongs
• Anything Cross-fit
• Vegan Meal Plans
• Alabama Football Merchandise

Please elected officials, hear us. Tax these items heavily to help the budget...and even if it doesn't make enough money to balance the budget, maybe we can tax them enough to stop some of them.
