(UPDATE)

There's been another explosion at Camp Minden in Webster Parish. It happened at about 5 this morning. State Police have sent a hazardous materials team to the area. Jenny Reynolds with Homeland Security in Webster Parish tells KEEL News the explosion happened on the East side of the propery which is opposite from the side where the burn chamber is located.

Reynolds says she was out on her porch at 5am and heard the explosion. She tells KEEL News it was not as intense as the explosions from a couple of years ago.
She does confirm that no one has been injured and no evacuations have been ordered.
State police do have a hazardous materials team on the scene.

The National Weather Service tells KEEL news they have seen a debris cloud on radar but can not confirm what it was yet. One trucker tells KSLA he saw a fireball over the tree line, and the whole sky lit up. State Police tell us troopers saw some sort of explosion. KEEL News asked State Police if any evacuations have been ordered and they had no word on that just yet.

This is a developing story and we will post updates as soon as we get them. We have heard, but have not confirmed, that there were no injuries reported and that the blast was contained to a bunker.
