The Wizard Of Oz National Tour Is Coming to Shreveport

One of my secret loves in life is the theater and most people don't know that about me. I grew up going to musicals, ballets and operas with my mom. Honestly, I've always wanted to be in a play, but I was always too scared to try it out. However, I was Mother Ginger a few years ago in the Nutcracker!

Coming to the Strand Theatre Sunday, April 22nd from 7pm to 9:30 pm is the legendary Wizard of Oz National Tour! Who (besides the Wicked Witch) does not love the Wizard of Oz?  The book and the film are classics.  That is why this would be a great play for you and your family. The Wizard of Oz is the perfect play to see to introduce your children and teenagers the theater. They as well as you will love to sing along with the songs that you all know and to see the characters (Dorthy, The Scarecrow, Cowardly Lion and even Toto) on stage with amazing sets.
