Last year it was injuries, hopefully this year it's not suspensions.

The New Orleans Saints were bit hard by the injury bug over the last two seasons, and it's killed their post season chances. This year things were looking up for a team who added a former NFL MVP to an already loaded offense, and the defense was looking more stable.

However there were a few injuries this pre-season, but nothing that feels like it will hurt the team all season. But now another worry comes into play, suspensions.

Here's the first one (and hopefully last) of the Saints season, according to the Louisiana Radio Network:

"The New Orleans Saints will not have wide receiver Willie Snead for the first three games of the season. He’s been suspended because of an off-season DUI. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the suspension was reduced from four to three games on appeal."
