I love Fantasy Football.  It adds so much to watching the NFL on Sundays.  But I do believe you can take it too far... and these guys have!

So, you had such high hopes for the fantasy football season. You were ready for your draft, and now your roster is full of duds like Mike Vick and your record is 1-8! Sounds like a perfect opportunity to sing a Fantasy Football Anthem to the tune of Katy Perry's "Wide Awake."

DON’T start Mike Vick this week. Unless he’s your only guy, I would sit Vick if you have a decent back-up.

Once again, I nailed it on most of my picks in last week's Fantasy Football Do's and Don'ts.  So what does the great Evansstradamus think for week 4?

Okay, so you've weathered the first two weeks of the 2012 fantasy football season and dropped that rookie running back that you knew you shouldn't have drafted. Well if you read my Fantasy Football Do's and Don'ts last week, you already know I'm a genius.  I called it, RG3 was the number 1 quarterback, Adrian Peterson was a great start, and Kevin Ogletree lit it up for the Cowboys!  NOT!!!  I definitely got those calls wrong, but NOBODY saw those things coming.

You thought of a clever team name (the RumHams). You picked your squad. You’ve got your lineup set for Sunday. You’ve killed a yack as a symbol of something something to the sports gods. You are officially ready for football season…Almost.

Here we are, the day before the NFL regular season kicks off and one of the happiest days of the year for fantasy footballers!  You're either panicking or are extremely confident in setting your lineup!  I've got some do's and don'ts that might help you get a week 1 win.
