Best of Times

The Best of Times, a free monthly newsmagazine for mature adults in Northwest Louisiana, received fifteen (15) national awards, including the coveted first place award in the “Best of Show” category at the 2011 annual meeting of the North American Mature Publishers Association (NAMPA) recently held in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

We were deeply honored when a Shreveport official attended our 10th anniversary celebration party at Senior Day at Sci-Port and asked to read a Proclamation from the Office of Mayor of the City of Shreveport, Honorable Cedric Clover proclaiming today November 16, 2011 as "The Best of Times Day" and urged that all citizens to join in celebrating this special occasion.
