FOX’s Gotham has gone full on Bats–t in its second season, and now a fan-favorite from the first year will help the final Season 2 episodes feel right at home. Jada Pinkett Smith returns as Fish Mooney in new photos and trailer for “A Legion of Horribles,” along with what could be our first look at the Court of Owls.

Some of the most intense debates over minor comic details often come from one single element of the superhero genre: Batman's costume. Yellow oval or black bat? Belt pouches or capsules? Blue and grey or all black? With as many variations as there have been on one of the most iconic looks in history, there's no shortage of things to argue about, and today, we're going to settle one of the most long-lasting debates: How long should Batman's ears be?

Batman ‘66 sure is getting around a lot these days, having recently crossed over with other classic '60s properties like The Green Hornet and The Man From UNCLE. Now, this summer, Gotham’s greatest crimefighters are teaming up with the sharpest spies from across the pond in Batman ‘66 Meets Steed And Mrs. Peel.

When Ben Affleck took the stage at Comic-Con last year to promote Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, it was a mere matter of minutes before rumors began circulating that Warner Bros. was planning a new solo Batman film with Affleck set to star — and possibly direct. DC’s Geoff Johns confirmed that he was working on a script with Affleck, and since then the news has basically been repeatedly confirmed via interviews with Zack Snyder, Johns and Affleck. And now WB has gone and made it officially official by announcing that a standalone Batman film is in development with Affleck. But we already knew that.

Just a few hours after a report in The Hollywood Reporter claiming that Warner Bros. would be releasing fewer movies in the years ahead to focus on LEGO, Harry Potter and the DC Cinematic Universe, the studio has at least made good on one of those promises...

The Killing Joke is one of the most divisive Batman stories of all time. Alan Moore’s graphic novel remains a thorny topic for some fans, who feel as though Barbara Gordon’s treatment is despicable, while others have lauded Moore’s work as an iconic installment in the ongoing saga of Batman and The Joker. Further raising a few eyebrows is DC Comics’ animated adaptation of the story, which now has an official teaser along with a 12-minute sneak peek to show you how they brought this particular tale from page to screen.

Young adult fiction is big business, and over the past few years, Marvel and DC have tried to grab a share of that pie. After a few experiments in the field, DC has announced four new young adult novels featuring some of its biggest characters.

We’ve already seen on a number of occasions that DC doesn’t share characters well between the movie and TV branches (with the exception of The Flash), but could Legends of Tomorrow at least stretch its timey-wimey magic to bring us a future Batman? Producers think it’s a stretch, but then again, if fans made Supergirl and Flash’s ice cream power hour happen …
