Star Wars Rebels gave Ahsoka Tano a slightly less ambiguous ending than her final Clone Wars appearance, but nonetheless left fans eager for explanation. Producer Dave Filoni seemed to imply we’d see her again, and now suggests Season 4 will answer that cryptic tease with even more Clone Wars returns.

You’re warned of full Star Wars Rebels spoilers from here on out, but suffice to say, Season 2’s “Twilight of the Apprentice” never quite explained Ahsoka’s fate at the hands of former master Darth Vader. After the finale, Filoni told Star Wars Celebration London that fans “might not have seen the last of Ahsoka Tano,” though Season 3 has now come and gone with no hint of her return.

That said, IGN notes that Filoni took Celebration Orlando’s “Animated Origins & Unexpected Fates” panel to imply that Season 4 might finally reveal whatever manner of Ahsoka’s return, alive or dead. As far as definitive Season 4 teases before Saturday’s panel, Filoni also suggested that Rex’s clone counterparts Wolffe and Gregor will likely be seen again, while a new camouflage costume hinted at the fan-theory that Rex’s appearance matches a rebel soldier from Return of the Jedi:

We’ll learn more about Rebels Season 4 on Saturday, but in the meantime, follow us on Twitter for Star Wars updates all weekend from Celebration.
