Have you been brushing up your shooting in preparation for this year's duck season? Camp Tiger has a chance for you to put those skills to the test and help a great cause at the same time.

It's the Clays for Camp Tiger sporting clay tournament October 29 at the Shreveport Gun Club and there's still time to register.

All proceeds from this tournament will benefit Camp Tiger, a five-day summer camp held by the medical students of LSU Health Shreveport for children of the Shreveport-Bossier community with physical and/or mental disabilities. Camp Tiger is free to campers and gives these children an opportunity to participate in summer camp, an opportunity that many would not get to experience anywhere else. Last year, 60 campers ranging in age from 6 to 18 were hosted. Each camper is paired with 2 to 3 medical students in order to give them one on one time that they need.

Clays for Camp will begin with registration at 7:00 am and will feature a 15 station shoot, a flurry, prizes, auction and lunch.
