Shreveport Shootout Leaves One Dead

One man has died after a shootout in Shreveport Wednesday night. The incident happened just before 10 pm at the intersection of Fairy Avenue and Valley Ridge Road.

According to Shreveport Police, at least a dozen shell casing were found at the scene and all evidence points to multiple people exchanging gunfire. A semi automatic rifle was recovered from the scene.

The victim, whose name has not been released, died after suffering multiple gun shot wounds to the upper body.
