(UPDATE) Shreveport Police Respond to Fatal Shooting at Circle K

Several units of the Shreveport police department responded to a shooting in the South Highland neighborhood Saturday night.
It happened outside the Circle K on Kings at Gilbert.

Two men approached a car where a man was sitting in the passenger seat. One of the suspects had a gun and told that passenger to hand over his cell phone and get out of the car. The passenger got out and pulled his own gun. He shot both suspects, killing one of them. The other suspect was shot in the abdomen.

So far, no charges have been filed. The names of those involved have not yet been released.
