Schools Participating in the Louisiana Statewide Voucher Program

The list of schools participating in the new Louisiana Voucher Program was released by The Louisiana Department of Education.

This is the program that will pay for private school tuition with (yours and my money) public tax dollars.

Only three private schools in northwest Louisiana opted in by the May 18 deadline.

The three private schools that chose to participate in the program are all in Caddo parish. They are St. Joseph's, Dreamkeepers Academy and Evangel Christian Academy.

Calvary Baptist Academy chose to hold off, because of concerns that there are still lots of questions to be answered about the new program.
