Saints Keep Bush, Lose de la Puenta

The New Orleans Saints have lost center Brian de la Puenta, who has agreed to a one year deal with the Chicago Bears. The Saints also matched Atlanta’s offer to defensive back Rafael Bush, meaning he will remain in New Orleans. 

De la Puenta has started 44 of 48 games over the last three seasons for New Orleans.

Rafael Bush, who played a big roll on the Saints defense last season when Roman Harper went down to injury, received a reported two-year deal worth $4.5 million.
