Last Friday, you generously donated about $1,500 in cash alone, not to mention the van load of toys.

Now, this morning,  the Mansfield Road Brookshires, our Operation Santa Claus remote site Friday, is challenging the Haughton Hwy. 80 Brookshires to dig deep with donations today.

The Brookshires in Haughton is trying to raise $2,000 this morning for Operation Santa Claus,  so we need EVERYONE who hasn't yet donated to come by with new toys or money donations.

If there's a "J.R. Ewing" out there with money in the bank, come on by and write a $1,000 or $2,000 check to make a Merry Christmas for so many disadvantaged kids here in Shreveport/Bossier.   It's a tax write off.

Whatever you can donate,  whether it's $5,  $10, or $100,  come on by and you'll receive an incredible blessing this Christmas.

Operation Santa ends this Thursday with the Barney Cannon Smile Run, during which time we'll take your toy donations to a couple of local hospitals here in Shreveport/Bossier.

Make Barney proud and brings us those toys and cash donations today and Merry Christmas from the Home of the Legends!
