NSU Head Coach Jay Thomas Talks Missouri St. Win/Southern Rivalry [Interview]

First year Northwestern State University Head Football Coach Jay Thomas has "Demon Nation" excited about the 2013 season after getting a road-win in his first game at the helm.

The Demons overcame a road trip, a visiting locker-room with no air conditioning, poor referee calls and an absent leader on defense to beat Missouri St. 23-17.

I caught up with Coach Thomas at the NSU Demons Shreveport-Bossier Quarterback Club Luncheon at Superior Steakhouse on Thursday to ask him about the season opening victory and the upcoming game against Southern.
