NSU Head Coach Jay Thomas Previews McNeese Game [Interview]

The Northwestern State Demons are coming off a 58-35 loss to Central Arkansas. This week, the Demons will renew a heated rivalry with McNeese St. in Natchitoches.

I talked with NSU Head Coach Jay Thomas about his injury plagued defense.  Two of NSU's best players, including NFL prospect defensive tackle Deon Simon, were out for the UCA game and will likely be out this Saturday against the Cowboys.

Coach Thomas talked about filling the void those players leave, Military appreciation night at Turpin Stadium, and the upcoming contest with McNeese.
