AFC Wild-Card Game: Cincinnati Bengals vs. Houston Texans (Saturday January 5th, 3:30 NBC 6)

There was a stretch of games where the Cincinnati Bengals could not find a way to win a game, but since Week Nine they have won six out of the last seven games. The Houston Texans have been a hot team all season long, but have skidding, losing the past three out of four games.

Will the Bengals continue their hot streak? Will the Texans season come to an end much sooner than expected?

NFC Wild Card Game: Minnesota Vikings vs. Green Bay Packers (Saturday, January 5th; 7 p.m. NBC)

The Minnesota Vikings were the last team to get into the postseason following a home victory over the Green Bay Packers last Sunday afternoon. Now, the Vikings must travel to Lambeau Field in Green Bay to try and duplicate what they did one weekend ago.

The Green Bay Packers have been the team to beat all season long, but they had to fight off a late season surge by not only the Vikings, but the Chicago Bears. Will the Packers continue their winning ways, or will the Vikings shock the world and defeat the Packers on the road?

What a year it’s been for the Colts. They allowed their storied franchise quarterback in Peyton Manning to walk into free-agency and sign with the Denver Broncos and rode their wild season on the shoulders of a rookie in Andrew Luck. The Colts were also without their head coach Chuck Pagano, who had a long bout with leukimeia, but was able to return to the Colts’ sideline in the final game of the season. It’s has been a season full of hardship and luck for the Colts, will it continue after Sunday?

The Ravens have been the team to beat in the AFC all season long. The Ravens led by quarterback Joe Flacco, have stormed the rest of the NFL with their hot style of play. With the recent announcement of Ray Lewis’ retirement after the season, will this be the last time Ray Lewis will suit up to go on the gridiron?

NFC Wild Card Game: Seattle Seahawks vs. Washington Redskins (Sunday, January 6th; 7 p.m. FOX 33)

The Seahawks have not only surprised the NFL, but everyone in Seattle with the excellent play. Many NFL experts picked this team to not be in the playoffs. The ’Hawks have surged this season under the helm of rookie quarterback Russell Wilson.

Speaking of rookie quarterbacks, the Washington Redskins have a first-year guy of their own driving them to success this season, with Robert Griffin III.

Which rookie will survive Wild Card weekend and will live to see another weekend?
