Meet WWE Superstars In Texas Royal Rumble Weekend

One week from today is WWE's Royal Rumble will hit the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. It's going to be one of the biggest nights for pro wrestling in 2017. This is the 30th annual Royal Rumble, and the first time the event has been in San Antonio in 20 years.

There will be a lot of people making their way to San Antonio from the Ark-La-Tex to take part in the festivities. So we thought we would look for all of the other events that are taking place around the Royal Rumble that fans can take part in.

NXT Takeover

NXT Takeover will be hosted at the Freeman Coliseum on Saturday night and will feature the biggest names in WWE's NXT brand. This could even be the last time some of these guys perform under the NXT brand before they make their way to the main roster.

Meet & Greet with Sasha Banks

Earlier this week, the WWE announced that there would be a meet and greet the morning of the Royal Rumble with one of the biggest women's stars on the roster, Sasha Banks. Here are the details from wwe.com:

"Hey, WWE Universe! Meet WWE Superstar Sasha Banks in San Antonio on Sunday, Jan. 29. Banks will be at the Cricket Wireless store at 1139 SE Military Drive, Suite 5, San Antonio, Texas, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., signing autographs and taking photos with the WWE Universe. 

Please note: Autographs are first come, first served"

Meet & Greet with AJ Styles

To follow up the big meet and greet announcement with Sasha Banks, WWE annoucned a second meet and greet on Sunday, this time with WWE Champion AJ Styles. Here are the details on this one from wwe.com:

"WWE Universe, meet WWE Superstar AJ Styles in San Antonio, Texas, on Jan. 29. Styles will be at the Toys"R"Us store at 321 NW Loop 410 beginning at 10 a.m."
