March For Our Lives This Weekend

If you are unfamiliar with the March For Our Lives event that is happening this weekend here are a few key points to know:

1. The majority of the events around the country are being put together by students.
2. The event is a protest for change, for action, and to end the epidemic of mass shootings in our schools today.

We will be having a March For Our Lives in the Shreveport/ Bossier City area. According to the event page on Facebook, the local event will be hosted by NWLA High School Student's, PACEY, Mom's Demand Action SBC, Women's Democratic Club NWLA, SB Indivisible, Women's March Organizers SB.

The event will be held in front of the Caddo Parish Courthouse in downtown Shreveport at 11 am to 2 pm.
