A Mansfield man who is out on bond on sex charges against a young girl faces new charges.

32-year-old Justin Riley Bell has been arrested on charges of sexual battery, contributing to the endangerment of a minor and false imprisonment.

Bell’s alleged victim is a 16-year-old who was visiting in his home. Bell is suspected of locking the teenager in the house. She managed to escape and call police.

You might recall, Bell was picked up in November of 2015 on one count of indecent behavior with juveniles and sexual battery. A DeSoto grand jury indicted him in January 2016 on a single count of indecent behavior with juveniles. He is awaiting trial on those charges.

Prosecutors say Bell is accused of sticking his hands down the young girl’s pants and fondling her after meeting her at a festival.

Bell is due in DeSoto District Court on Tuesday, February 14th for arraignment.

The case against Bell has been assigned to an ad hoc judge because the two DeSoto Parish Judges have recused themselves.
