Shreveport's Philadelphia Center has announced that Executive Director Brett Malone is leaving HIV / AIDS resource center. Malone has been the center's director’s since 2008 and has overseen the growth and development of its programs.

Under Malone's leadership, the Philadelphia Center has increased its number of employees from 22 to 42, grown its annual budget from $1.9 to $2.4 million and opened a new HIV clinic in partnership with the MLK.

Garrett Johnson, the center’s Assistant Director and Director of Development will serve in an interim role while the board conducts a search for the new executive director.
