LSU’s Simmons Impresses In NBA Rookie League Debut [VIDEO]

After one season at LSU, there was little doubt that the 19-year-old Aussie was ready for the NBA. Well, the just drafted Simmons made his rookie league debut Monday night as his Philadelphia 76ers took on the Boston Celtics first year squad.

The 6'10" star-to-be was impressive in his first rookie squad contest, leading the Sixers to a win over the Celts, and showing off the passing and ball handling skills that made him the first player chosen in this year's draft.
