Boogie the night away and help Phi Mu reach their fundraising goal for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

November 12, the Bossier Civic Center is going to be jumping as LSU Shreveport's Phi Mu Chapter is hosting their first Dance Marathon benefiting Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. The goal is to dance all night and raise money for this local cause.

And Phi Mu is so close to reaching their goal of $10,000 raised.

This year’s theme is Dancing through the Decades. Each hour of dancing will features some songs from different decades so brush up on all your best moves. Every dollar raised will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals to help our local kids right here in Shreveport-Bossier.

Registration is open, so what are you waiting for?

This year’s Dance Marathon is open to the public. For just $25, you can dance the night away. The fun will get started at 6 p.m. and won’t stop until the stroke of midnight. And in today’s world, if you don’t have a T-shirt then it didn’t happen so be sure to purchase one to commemorate the event. Every dollar raised will help fund 17 programs at CHRISTUS Health Shreveport-Bossier that are available through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. With CMN, no family is ever turned away regardless of their ability to pay. These kids receive the care they need and their families can focus on what’s most important, taking care of their kid.
