A sold out crowd in the Swamp will watch 5th ranked LSU take on 22nd ranked Florida on this afternoon.

This won't be the first test for LSU this year, they've already beat 2 Top 10 teams. This won't be the first big SEC test for LSU either, because Auburn was one of those Top 10 teams they beat. This also won't be the first big SEC road test for LSU, because that Auburn win was on the road.

So what is this?

Well, first of all, it's College Football, and being a Top 5 team without a loss, puts you into a weird season-long playoff situation. If LSU were to lose this game, it could ruin their chances for an NCAA Championship.

However even deeper than that...this is LSU versus Florida. This game just means a lot to both schools.

There's some really good news for LSU heading into today. After missing the last two games, LSU left tackle Sahdiq Charles is expected to return to the field. But there's still some bad injury news, as left guard Garrett Brumfield is not expected to play.
