Coach Ed Orgeron's first bowl game as the Head Coach of the LSU Tigers will be a New Years Eve game...and it will be an early one.

The LSU Tigers will take on the high-octane offense of the Louisville Cardinals in the Citrus Bowl. The game will be in Orlando, Florida and will be one of only two games on New Years Eve. The kickoff for the game is slated for 11am local time, which means 10am Louisiana time.

There will be multiple story-lines for this one, in addition to it being Orgeron's first bowl game. This game sets up as Leonard Fournette's final game in an LSU jersey, the Tigers defense could be facing off with this season's Heisman Trophy winner in Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson, and the set up for Coach O's first recruiting class.

It is a pretty solid trip for an LSU fan to make, but if you are interested, the bowl puts together their own travel packages, and they can be purchased through their official website. The LSU Ticket office will also have info on tickets for LSU fans.
