The bomb threat investigation continues in Baton Rouge and LSU has cancelled all activities on campus for the rest of today.

This morning around 10:30 a bomb threat call was made to 911 but was not directed to a certain part of the school's campus.

LSU university posted on it's website, "A bomb threat has been reported on the LSU campus," please evacuate as calmly and quickly as possible."

Reporters were also asked to leave who were at the school for LSU Coach Les Miles' weekly news conference.

Traffic was bumper to bumper as students and staff vacated the campus and there were traffic jams at some intersection in Baton Rouge.

Louisiana State Police bomb technicians were also on the scene. They were talking to law enforcement agencies in Texas, North Dakota and Ohio to try and determine if there were any similarities to threats received Friday at universities in those states.

Students and staff are urged to stay away from the campus.

LSU Coach Les Miles talks about plans while the bomb threat investigation continues.
