LSU Coach Les Miles Doubtful That RB Alfred Blue Will Return From Injury

LSU coach Les Miles didn't sound very hopeful about junior running back Alfred Blue returning for the 2012 season.

When asked this past Wednesday Les Miles said, “I’m not overly optimistic, to be honest with you, I think he’s going to come back, and he’s going to be healthy. I just don’t know when.”

Spencer Ware stepped in for Blue last weekend for the Auburn game but had missed the North Texas and Idaho games with his own injuries.

Blue is the fourth starter that LSU has lost this season. Corner back Tyrann Mathieu was kicked off the team, left tackle Chris Faulk because of a knee injury, and linebacker Tahj Boyd because of poor grades.
