The LSU Baseball team, once ranked number one in the country, have sunk to last place in the SEC West after getting swept by Florida last weekend in Gainesville.

The Tigers bats have been quiet, but LSU has also fallen victim to schedule changes. Friday night’s series opener was moved to a Saturday double header due to weather.

Aaron Nola suffered his first loss of the season, 2-1 in Game 1. Game 2 on Saturday was a 2-6 loss and the Tigers couldn’t right the ship Sunday, losing 11-7.

The Tigers will face McNeese State on Wednesday before hosting Mississippi State this weekend.
