Quarterfinal matchups in the Louisiana High School Boys and Girls brackets are set.

Neither Captain Shreve, nor C.E. Byrd will vie for a state 5A title.  Each were ousted in the regional round.  Byrd lost to second seed Scotlandville 80-55.  Captain Shreve narrowly lost to fourth seeded East Ascension.  Ruston and top seed Ouachita Parish are still alive.

Huntington's quest for a 4A title ended Friday after losing in the regional round 56-53 to O.P. Walker.

Bossier is the top seed in 3A.  They will face #9 Glen Oaks on Tuesday after winning 58-42 over Rayville in the regional round.

The Girls' Quarterfinal games will be played tonight across the state.

The top seeded Southwood Cowgirls play #9 New Iberia on the road tonight.

The Loyola ladies will face top seed Albany in 3A action.

The ladies of North Caddo are still alive in the 2A bracket, they face #2 St. Thomas Aquinas on the road.
