The Band Perry performed "Gentle on My Mind" and Blake Shelton, who was a Grammy nominee, sang "Southern Nights." Then Glen Campbell himself came out and performed "Rhinestone Cowboy," beautifully.   There was no hint  that he has "Alzheimers" during his amazing performance.

The audience was on their feet for  Campbell  remembering just why they loved the entertainer.  With the whole audience signing along, it was a picture perfect moment that reminded the world how important music is.

Campbell was diagnosed six months ago as being in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. With his final album, "Ghost on the Canvas,"  and his final tour, "The Goodbye Tour" this will be one of the last times Campbell will be on stage in front of a national audience.

He performed in Bossier City just a few weeks ago.
