Grambling Not Picked To Repeat In The SWAC

College football is heating up. Not just in the major conferences, places like the SWAC conference are gearing up as well.

As the schools and teams get ready for the upcoming season, the conferences coaches and Sports Information Directors gathered to make their season predictions. The results weren't what Grambling wants to hear but may prove to be some motivation heading to 2016.

Here's the story from the Louisiana Radio Network:

"Grambling State, the defending champs in the SWAC’s Western Division, is picked to finish second in that division based on a vote by the league’s coaches and sports information directors.

Prairie View is the preseason favorite to win the division. Southern was picked to finish third. Jaguars running back Lenard Tillery is the SWAC Offensive Player of the Year. Tillery has rushed for over one-thousand yards the last two seasons."
