Glenn Dorsey Likely Out for Season with Torn Biceps

San Francisco 49er defensive tackle and ex-LSU star Glenn Dorsey will likely miss the entire 2014 NFL season after suffering a torn left biceps on Friday.

The 49ers have not yet made an official announcement about Dorsey’s injury, but he is expected to undergo surgery soon.
