Foster Parent in Bossier Is Accused of Sex Acts with Young Boys

A south Bossier man is locked up for allegedly having sexual relations with at least three juvenile male victims and possessing and producing child pornography.

51-year-old Terral Anthony Parfait is charged with three counts of 1^st degree rape of three different young boys, molestation of a juvenile, one count of possession of child pornography and one count of production of child pornography.  All three victims were under the age of 12.

Parfait is a foster parent currently living alone. He has reportedly confessed to the charges. One of the victims came forward to tell his story to police. Deputies got a search warrant for Parfait’s home and found evidence on the suspect's computer.

Detectives found evidence of downloadable child pornography and nude photographs that Parfait allegedly took of the young victims.  Detectives confiscated various electronic items from the residence, including computers and flash drives, which they will thoroughly search through as forensic evidence as they continue their investigation; they anticipate more charges will follow.

Investigators believe some of the crimes Parfait allegedly committed could date back for seven years, and maybe longer.
