It's been an interesting few years for Greg Goff. He went from being one of the fastest rising coaches in all of college baseball, then got a "dream job" at Alabama, and also saw that go away quicker than anyone expected.

Goff hasn't given up though. He's still going to be putting in work on the diamond, but from now on it will be further north. Here's more from the Louisiana Radio Network:

"Former Louisiana Tech baseball coach Greg Goff has found a new job as he’s been named an assistant at Purdue. Goff was unemployed when Alabama fired him after just one season as their head coach. Goff lead the Diamond Dogs to 42 wins and an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2016."
