The game Florida didn't want to play is finally happening.

After Hurricane Matthew led to the original Florida/LSU game being postponed, the Gators acted like they never wanted the game to take place. From the outside, it seemed like Florida was using the SEC Front Office to avoid any rescheduled date. But as both teams started eyeing the SEC Championship game, Florida caved, and the game is finally here.

Oddly, the team trying to avoid the game is the one who now stands to gain the most from a victory. Here's more from the Louisiana Radio Network:

"The Florida Gators will arrive in Baton Rouge tomorrow for Saturday’s SEC match-up with LSU. A win for the Gators and they clinch the SEC East. Meanwhile, a victory for the Tigers moves them one step closer to a potential Sugar Bowl appearance."
